Crowdfunding Support
Join us in bringing stories to life through your contributions.

Contributors make one-time or recurring donations in any amount. No royalties are given. Contributors are rewarded by the warm-fuzzies and faster access to new novels by directly enabling me to focus more on writing.
Newsletter subscribers receive announcements from jesusalove.com via email, if they join me by clicking the button below.
Patreon members get sneak peeks and returns on their contributions, called royalties. Members make recurring contributions by subscribing. Subscribers receive email updates whenever I post.
To all my incredible readers, donors, and supporters: whether you are joining me here, backing me on Patreon, or pre-ordering the final version of my book from my Gumroad store, thank you for being a part of this world-building journey!
As an independent author and entrepreneur, your contributions directly impact my ability to create, protect, and share my fiction. I want to be entirely transparent about how your donations and book sales are invested back into this project after taxes. Here is a breakdown of what your support helps achieve:
Phase 1: Legal Protection & Asset Security
Business Registration (LLC): To ensure everything is handled professionally and legally protected, I will be formally registering my business as an LLC (estimated at $150–$300 depending on final state registration, plus a related annual fee).
Copyright & Anti-Piracy Protection: To protect the integrity of the story and artwork, a portion of the funds will go toward regular, automated scans to find and remove copyrighted material from unauthorized websites.
Business Debt Paydown: Clearing $2,000 in existing business credit card expenses to ensure the project operates on a completely clean, sustainable financial slate.
Phase 2: Writing, Scene Linking, & Production Upgrades
Dedicated Writing Laptop: Investing in a dedicated laptop separate from my daily work computer. This completely isolates my writing projects, drastically reducing the liability of being hacked and ensuring no work is ever lost. (I am considering a Macintosh to open up access to highly integrated writing tools like Ulysses, though a standard PC to run secure software remains an option!)
Advanced Writing Software: Securing a long-term subscription to specialized and reputable writing and editing software (like Dabble or Ulysses). Because I rely heavily on scene writing—capturing the vivid scenes in my mind out of chronological order and putting them together later—having a tool that supports seamless scene organization, cloud-based device sync, and secure encryption is vital to my creative process.
Phase 3: Artwork, Visual Design, & Scanning
Upgraded Scanner/Printer: Replacing my old printer, which currently has a broken lid that lets in light and compromises scan quality. A new machine will allow me to flawlessly scan in my hand-drawn illustrations and important project documents.
Traditional Art Supplies: Purchasing high-quality coloring pencils and specialized drawing paper.
Digital Illustration Device: Investing in a digital drawing tablet and styluses designed specifically to mimic the physical texture of paper, allowing me to bridge my traditional drawing habits with digital precision.
Phase 4: Growth, Maintenance, & Long-Term Sustainability
Targeted Advertising: Launching ad campaigns to boost discovery and drive sales traffic directly to my website and social media pages.
Website Maintenance: Keeping my online home secure, fast, and optimized for readers.
Future Scaling & Personal Sustainability: Any remaining funds after immediate production costs will be allocated toward website maintenance, ongoing marketing, paying down college debt, and building personal savings. Ultimately, this allows me to build a sustainable, full-time creative career where I can focus on writing and caring for my family.
Phase 5: Community Contribution in the Future
Targeted Healing: Launching community outreaches to target abuse recovery for individuals internationally.
A Village Haven: A dream of mine to launch a multi-million dollar project to create a small island haven for desolate families, with onsite staff facilitating abuse recovery, medical treatment, and societal reintegration.
Health Research: Facilitating treatment development for a variety of illnesses and conditions by contributions to related funds.
Thank you, to all that share this passion, for helping me create something truly special! May Heaven bless you!
