Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JesusaLove.com. Because we sell digital products, our return and refund process is handled electronically. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 14-day (2-week) refund window for all digital products purchased directly through our website via GumRoad.

  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

  • Sale Items: Our 14-day refund policy applies to all items, including those purchased during a sale or promotion.

  • Please request a refund within 14 days if:

    -You have purchased the wrong eBook.

    -You do not receive the eBook file.

    -The file will not open or does not work.

    -You were charged twice for the same eBook in the same transaction.

  • If you purchase an eBook during its pre-sale, you will receive the complete eBook upon the eBook's actual release date. The release date stated in the description is a projection and subject to change. You will be notified by email if the release date has changed. Upon the eBook's actual release date, you will receive a second file, the complete eBook. Contact jesusa.c.love@gmail.com for a replacement file within 14 days of when you receive the complete eBook file if:

    -You do not receive the complete eBook file.

    -The file will not open or does not work.

2. No Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital e-books, we do not offer exchanges. You cannot "swap" one e-book for another. If you purchased the wrong title, you must request a refund for the incorrect item and make a new purchase for the correct one.

3. Third-Party Purchases (Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play Books)

Please note that this policy only applies to purchases made directly on JesusaLove.com. If you purchased a book through Amazon, Kobo, or Google Play Books, you must follow the refund policies of those respective platforms. We do not have the authority to issue refunds for transactions made on external marketplaces.

4. How to Request a Refund

Since GumRoad is our Merchant of Record, you can typically initiate a refund request through the receipt email sent to you by GumRoad at the time of purchase.

If you encounter issues with GumRoad’s system: If you are unable to process your refund through GumRoad, please contact us directly via email.

  • Requirement: You must include a forward or a copy of your original confirmation email as proof of purchase. Without this proof, we cannot verify the transaction to manually assist with a refund.

5. Return of Digital Goods

There are no physical products to mail back. Upon a successful refund, your license to the digital e-book is revoked. We ask that you delete any downloaded copies of the e-book from your devices once the refund has been processed.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is initiated, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
